Mr. Naresh Mehta, an eminent member of MRM group and son of Mr. Mafatlal Mehta, started his career in 2004 when he joined Metallica Tubes. With his elder brother, Mr. Naresh Mehta had to carry full responsibility of Metallica Tubes upon his shoulders. Mr. Naresh Mehta idolized his father and wanted to incorporate his talents and experience into his own life as he aspired to follow the legacy of his father and therefore he wished to start his own manufacturing unit. 

 In 2015, Mr. Naresh Mehta realized it was time to actualize his ambition and start his own manufacturing company, that’s when Forxar Industries was commenced. With the will and determination to grow in the field of manufacturing valves, Forxar Industries transformed into Forxar Industries Private Limited in 2017. In the same year, Forxar Industries Pvt Ltd  became a major shareholder in Valvola Corporation, adding it under the wings of the Forxar family.

In 2019, Mr. Naresh Mehta took a huge leap and acquired 50% shares of Flovel Private Limited, a Gujarat based specialized check valve manufacturer. In the year 2021, Mr. Naresh Mehta acquired the remaining shares and became the Managing Director of Flovel Valves, bringing Forxar Industries Pvt Ltd to unprecedented heights.
